Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website collects when you visit or fill out a form, and what we do with it.
Effective September 18, 2026
Clients: this page is about the website. The personal and financial information we handle as your adviser is covered by our client privacy notice, which you receive when you open an account and every year after.
1. What this policy covers
It applies to cornerstonewealthpartners.com and to any subdomain, landing page, form, video page, or scheduling link that Cornerstone Wealth Partners, LLC ("CWP", "we", "us") operates. Together we call these the "site."
2. What we collect
Information you give us:
- What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, your message, event details, and anything else you choose to share.
- Texts and emails you send us.
- Anything you submit through the client portal.
Information collected automatically when you visit:
- Your IP address, browser, device type, and general location.
- The pages you view, how you got here, and what you click.
- Cookies and similar identifiers set by the tools described in section 3.
3. Cookies and the tools we use
The site uses a small set of third-party tools. Each one collects some visitor data:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). Records page views and actions like submitting a form so we can measure our ads and show them to people who've visited. Meta receives this data under its own privacy policy. You can limit it in your Facebook ad settings.
- Cloudflare. Hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the check on our forms that blocks bots. It sees your IP address and basic browser details.
- GoHighLevel. Powers the forms and follow-up on some of our landing pages. What you submit there is stored in our account with them.
- Zoom and YouTube. Our scheduling pages and embedded videos are served by Zoom and YouTube, which may set their own cookies.
- Email delivery. Form submissions are emailed to our team through a delivery service, and follow-up emails you opt into go out through an email platform. Both keep a copy of the message.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site, like forms, may not work if you do.
4. How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule a call, and send what you asked for.
- To send follow-up emails or texts you've opted into.
- To run, measure, and improve our advertising.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet our recordkeeping duties. SEC rules require us to keep communications with clients and prospects, including texts and emails, for several years.
5. Who we share it with
We share visitor information only with the service providers that run the site and our business systems, and only so they can do that work for us. That includes our web host, our email and text platforms, our scheduling tool, our customer relationship system, and Meta for ad measurement. We may also share information when the law, a regulator, or a court requires it.
We don't sell personal information. We don't share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
6. Text messages
You only get texts from us if you checked the text-message box on a form or texted us first. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We keep copies of texts with clients and prospects to meet SEC recordkeeping rules. The full text-message terms are in section 5 of our Terms of Use.
7. Your choices
- Reply STOP to end texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any follow-up email.
- Adjust your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences to limit how Meta uses pixel data.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser.
- Ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We'll do what we can, though records we're required to keep under securities rules stay until the retention period ends.
8. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and communications as long as we need them to respond to you and as long as SEC rules require, which for most communications is at least five years. Visitor data collected by the tools in section 3 is kept according to each tool's own retention settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information the site collects, including encryption in transit and access limits on our systems. No website can promise perfect security, so please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords through a web form or a text. If we need sensitive documents, we'll give you a secure way to send them.
10. Children
The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We'll update this policy when the site or our tools change. The date at the top is always the current version.
